Job Description:

This position will be responsible for managing all aspects and activities of cash management services including ACH, Online Banking, Remote Capture/Desktop Deposit and Account Analysis.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Analyze, prepare and present analyzed account statements, products and services to Relationship Managers and clients.
  • Product Management of all non-lending products and services.
  • Set up, verify, test clients on all online banking functions in ITI.
  • Train and support clients on all online capabilities on phone and in person.
  • Install, train and support on all aspects of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) machines and software.
  • Maintain and monitor all ACH reports on a daily basis for transactions and file rejects.
  • Train and support clients on all online wire functions: Domestic and International; Issue site keys and tokens for security and authentication.
  • Train and support clients on all aspects of Positive Pay.
  • Maintain all regulatory requirements for cash management including policies, reports, security, in-house training.
  • Maintain and manage all BillPay functions.
  • Plans, directs, and supervises ACH workflow to meet service and processing deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, and/or 3 to 5 years related experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of deposit products and technical aspects of the deposit operations functions. 3+ years centralized operations experience preferred.
  • Experience with Fiserv banking platform preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail.

Position: Credit Support Services Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:

This position is responsible for performing a variety of centralized duties pertaining to the boarding and servicing of commercial, consumer, construction and SBA loans.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prepares loan documents for all types of loans, including commercial, consumer, construction and SBA loans.
  • Fund and board all new and renewal loan packages in accordance with the Bank approved credit write up.
  • Processes all paid loans to ensure that all collateral liens are released within the required time frames.
  • Reviews all loan documentation for accuracy, including setting up documentation files.
  • Back up for processing all payments/loan advances.
  • Preparation of payoff demands.
  • Contacts title companies and insurance carriers to ensure lien and collateral positions as required by Bank approved credit write ups.
  • Review title policies for accuracy to ensure our perfected interest.
  • File maintenance.
  • Process credit reports, D&B reports, flood determinations and UCC Searches.
  • All other duties as assigned.

POSITION: Credit Analyst


Summary of Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting loan officers in the evaluation of commercial credit and deal structure for commercial & industrial, commercial real estate, and SBA customers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Manager in delivering a relationship management service which provides value-added services guidance to customers, prospects and professionals.

• Execute and coordinate with other divisions of the bank on a variety of administrative tasks such as: order loan documents, work with title and escrow companies to open and track existing orders, order appraisals and other third party reports.

• Track loan renewals and request updated financial information from existing clients.

• Prepare financial spread sheets to properly assess cash flow and debt service coverage.

• Conduct annual portfolio reviews, and credit & legal file audits.

• Assist in the preparation of Credit Approval Memoranda for analysis of repayment ability, collateral adequacy, credit worthiness, appropriate loan structure and adherence to Bank policies and proper loan risk rating.

• Attend joint calls with the loan officer, as needed, to gather information about prospective and current Bank customers.

• Ensure that covenant compliance and financial reporting requirements are addressed.

• Attend credit training courses as needed to improve credit analysis skills and keep current on Federal and State banking regulations.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

1) Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field and 3 to 4 years related experience.

2) Familiarity with financial statements and ability to analyze business and financial data.

3) Proficient in the use of personal computers and software programs, such as excel and word.

4) Familiar with financial analysis and development of spreadsheets.

5) Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

6) Excellent attention to detail.
